Who can resist a hot bowl of ooey gooey pasta with those delicious strings of cheese that your fork gets caught in? I definitely can’t, and it’s a shame because I normally have to sacrifice my calorie count to indulge in one of my favorite dishes. Until I made this! Cheesy and full of flavor, yet not full of fat. The tri-color pasta is also a healthy, delicious choice. Three cheers for this recipe!
Step 2) Drain pasta and, in same pot, turn on heat again
Step 3) Place sliced Laughing Cow wedge into pot and stir until melted
Step 4) Place cheddar cheese on pasta and melt
Step 5) Season with Italian seasoning & salt. Bon appetite!
